These terms constitute a legal agreement between you & Lumacore Consulting Pte. Ltd. ("Lumacore," "we," or "us"). By using lumacore.pro and the services available on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. This license terminates immediately if you violate these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to derive the system logic of our AI models; (b) use automated tools to scrape our data; (c) use the Services to generate harmful or infringing content; or (d) use our proprietary AI outputs to train competing models.
Paid plans are billed in advance. Credits are prepaid, non-refundable, & non-redeemable for cash. Unused credits may roll over depending on your plan tier. We rely on Stripe for secure payment processing. By purchasing Credits, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
The Services use artificial intelligence to generate business outputs. AI Output may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing & validating any AI Output before implementation. Lumacore does not guarantee that AI Output is error-free or suitable for critical safety or legal functions without human oversight.
Your Rights: You own your Customer Data & the specific SOPs/Blueprints generated for you.
Our Rights: We own the Platform, the hex-wireframe technology, the underlying AI logic, & all Usage Data (telemetry & performance metrics).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
